Low mileage rs6 - water testing

Post by bobjebb » Tue Jun 16, 2009 10:30 am

'54 Plate Black/Black Unmodified.

One of the last to include factory fit RNS-E as per plus

Full Alcantara headlining. Electric mirrors, all the usual stuff.

Immaculate as my previous RS's - except a wheel or two for a refurb which wasn't me!

It's done 31k miles, I've only done 3k miles since Sept 08.

Full Warranty Direct cover til Jan 2010 written confirmation that they will continue cover if mods are done (within reason!)

Tracker horizon

Cambelt done by APS

No DRC issues yet! WD happy to replace with 3rd party set-up if and when it goes.

Service due in 1000 miles or so.

New Goodyear's all round.

Sorry, no bargain hunters please. I will gladly keep it and sell the Defender!

price? I have no idea at the moment, I will do some research today.

PS internal pics show piano trim. I swapped with a forum member, so now has carbon.

Cheers

Another pic

Been offered a telephone price from a dealer that I'm reasonably happy with, so should be gone by next week in case any one wants this. £23k.

Cheers

Great looking car and the dealer offer is top notch given the price some have been going for recently.

Maybe prices are picking up after all

Thanks for the PM's. Sold with surprising ease and a good offer. Makes a bloody change.

It'll be all shiny at Fontain in a few days if anyone is interested.

Cheers, and thanks for the memories, 3 RS's and I'm sure I'll be back.

I've seen 03 avants go for 18k !!!!! So a 54+ must be worth a lot more...

This is a good example of asking yourself "what do i get extra for going to a dealer". Bob wanted £23k, same car but with warranty...... £26k........:bash:
