generally a remanufactured part gets 20k miles or the duration of the original warranty, which ever is longer...
the engine is usually block/heads, sometimes oil pan...all auxillaries are transferred...
at least that's how it works in the States...
I'm getting a new engine under warranty.

Details of the new engine to be fitted, direct from an email from Audi's top guy here in the Midle East.
The engine going into your car is a long engine.
This means, block, Cylinder Heads, Pistons, Crankshaft, Cams, Chain………………….
It already is assemble and timed in the factory.
There is no need to change manifold. Injectors also do not need to be replaced unless there is damage or fault.
I will make sure Al Nabooda put in new spark plugs but this is also not necessary.
