19" wheels vs Suspension

Post by xyber » Tue Jun 02, 2009 7:11 pm

Anyone running 19s with standard suspension?

Just wondering if the wheels make things sit too high and if a decent lowering kit may be needed to nudge it back down to earth?

Pics would be good if you have any?

Thanks in advance :D

They might look ok with out having it lowered. I'm on non standard 18' and the car could do with being dropped about 10mm, think 19' would have been ok.

I am, and I reckon they look fine - any lower and speed bumps would be even more of a pain! Mine are RS6 reps with 235/35 x19's

Ok thanks chaps, I suppose ill know when they go on weather I like the look or not, if not ill have to get some goodies from Stasis or KW I suppose and have a day playing with greasy bits haha
Im aiming for the same stance as that silver avant with the oettinger front bumper and lambo reps that pops up everywhere on forums, it looks perfect, not too low and arched filled with the proportions of the car

TiggerS4 - you got a pic I can have a look at?
