I phoned the UK importer ... they said they had completed a few ... I asked about warranty, they said only on their components if your engine goes pop, that's your problem .... I asked if any of the customers would be willing to discuss the performance with me(apparently 525hp and 535hp) ... I left all my details for a callback ... heard nothing ... so I assume the cars went pop ..... :drink:

in the words of snickers....

GET SOME NUTS!

Putting a SC on your car, that increases the chance of reliability issues or the engine going bang is madness, cheaper to do Nitros

The only one I've seen was @ the Audi Int Day In Oct (I think this was the same one reviewed in Audi Driver in Feb). Never heard it run tho' & didn't see it out on the track. You would have thought this would have been the ideal place to promote your 'wears' & have it running on the track?

The price was only released recently @ £26k - I just don't know who would buy...

It would be great to hear from somebody that's got one... :bigblink:

The distributor here in Canada quoted me $57k CDN for the kit (around 32k GBP), plus another $9k for the install.

I did a bit of research and it seemed everyone had nothing but good things to say about it, but none of those testimonials were from actual owners.

It's natural to expect increased wear when you boost power, but complete engine failures?
And at $66,000, I don't feel like being the guinea pig :s

Any reason for this ?

Nice to know if this UK car is still working, I find it strange that the car appears at ADI and yet nobody knows anything about it or the owner ..

Did it have the horrid bonnet bump ?

It is also a very early car March 2006

Seen in Guildford (March 2008).
