Well an update, I have received a reply from email to Audi UK confirming receipt of my note. I have had a call from my local dealer and I have had a call from Audi Customers Service following up. Also confirmation that a letter will be sent regarding the extended warranty on DRC.


Can't say better than that. ..:D :beerchug:

Just waiting for a date to be fixed.

Struts are covered with a goodwill gesture from Audi u.k. 5 years or 75k.
Providing you have spent at the dealership and shown loyalty to the brand. 100 % covered mate
Also get the chargers changed

Wish my local dealers were on the ball. Phoned two dealers with chassis numbers and parts on back order until end June!! I've been waiting since March 9th!
