I was called a nutter twice when I really wasn't driving hard at all I just wanted to show how grippy the Vredestiens were around a wet roundabout !
My question is how are you supposed to test-drive one when you're a potential buyer? You need to test the car, but you don't want to look like a d$ck.

I test-drove mine like it was made of glass, despite the vendor urging me to push it a bit.

First off I would not let "anyone" test drive it. They would need to be insured. Secondly you do get test pilots who just want to blast, so its a tricky one......

Simple you take them out for a drive; when they part with the spondoolies they can test drive it all they like. :D

If they want to test drive one, direct them to the nearest Audi garage with one in stock!

It was on my company policy so any driver any age !

Just I like to make very good progress. I wonder how many of these cars spend their whole life being driven like Miss Daisy.

It's always the same when prices get to a certain level on any high performance car. Some clueless tool buys it because it's "only £15k" and then cries because it still has the servicing costs for a car 4 times the price!!
I despair I really do!
But as for anything else, the RS6 is still a big old beast, it pays a certain penalty because of this with fuel, brakes etc But,
Whats not to like about a car that seats 4 comfortably, & even has room for a baby seat behind the drivers seat when that drivers seat is right down and back, is as quick as it is, is as discreet as it is, and can carry as much "stuff" in the back as it can. I say again, whats not to like!!
I'm not sure there's anything else that could really compete is there?

I bought mine for the practicality angle - 2 young kids, like to go sea kayaking and run a display company. Best bit is I can use it in place of a van - regularly go to the pallet place and they put 5 euro pallets in the back using their fork lift truck, It is a joy to watch them do it so carefully!

Will trry to post a piccy when I go next week, you will smile!
