Have a rev problem.

Have a problem with my rev counter. If I run in 2 gears up to 7000 rev and switches off, the rev slow to fall at about 1000 rpm. Could it be a vaccum hose is leaking or is it an ECU error. ?

Has nothing to do with vacuum. Probably a cluster problem.
