RE: porsche brakes
jimbo was running cayenne 6 pots with b5 rs4 discs turned down to 350mm
believe they are bolt on, but heard grizz can arrange any additional carrier mountings that may be required
most are moving to b7 rs4 calipers which are about the same cost as the cayenne ones (both second hand)

RE: porsche brakes
I thought they were lug mounted other than radial, therefore no bracket is required.
RE: porsche brakes
I have borrowed a guide on installation from ECStuning website which shows the attachment of the caliper...

996 turbo/996GT3 mk1 4pots calipers with 380 rotors
or 996 GT2/GT3 mk2 6 pots calipers with 380 rotors but pads need to be machined
you can get rotors and brackets from Movit, can use Brembo rotor too but offset need to be modified
RS4 B7 8 pots calipers with RS4 B7 rotors ... plug'n play
RS4 B7 8 pots calipers with 380 Brembo rotors (bracket needed)
PS got 1 set of movit 380 rotors 4 sale

RE: porsche brakes
I've just fitted PCCB's all round on mine and MOVIT wouldnt sell me the brackets seperately so had to have my own machined up locally. I'm running B7 discs all round and did have to have the pads machined down! It ended up being a real mission but they work amazingly now and the yellow calipers look great behind the standard 18's.
If it aint broke then dont try to fix it!

RE: Re: RE: porsche brakes
@ Durit Fronts are mounted using adaptors like AP's use etc etc so they were easy. The rears were a pain. I pressed out the rear bearing and made a plate out of 10 mm steel that holds both the main 4 pot and the R8 handbrake calipers.
I had the rear struts machined to accept the plate and the used the existing holes to mount the plate.
The dust sheild mounts were re-drilled to make use of them too. I'll put some pics up when i get 5 mins and have cleaned everything up.
