Whilst in near perfect mechanical condition, I've not had it on the road for nearly 2 years now. Got 2 new wings waitning to go on and host of other cosmetic bits, just haven't got round to getting it back on the road yet. Wanting it painted first (not that it's in bad nick though).

Have you seen it at some point??

I passed a GSXR-750 hoofing it recently on the outside of a long left-hander going uphill at ~XX clingons/hour. Looked like he wasn't a particularly accomplished rider so I gave him a wide berth as I did so...

As the road straightened up, I was flat out up the hill through the gears.

About a mile up the road, we came to some lights which were red and he came steaming up behind me, as I rolled the window down and said.....

"THAT MOTOR IS F**KING MENTAL. WHAT HAVE YOU GOT IN THERE????!!!!"

I had to laugh all the way home....

Not sure...... I recall seeing a white MB off the A90 to the north of Dundee many years ago and I think I may have seen one once 'near a level crossing' between Perth and Dunkeld. However, for me, the white cars are always missing a few extra splashes of colour......... 8)

Had this one since 2000, could have been. I bought the car in Aberdeen Volks centre.

Nice collection there  :notworthy:

He he!! :biggrin3: You did well getting past a 750!! 600s are usually pretty fair game once you're rolling (especially if the pilot is of a more manly size!).

Just had a pretty interesting experience yesterday relating to this topic.

Went for a dyno run to see what the car was putting down before I started modding it and stuff. When I arrived, they were in midst of dynoing a Jap EVO III. That car planted something like 250 bhp after some a lot of ECU tweaking on the dyno.

Next came my turn, having never seen an RS4 before, all the Jap car boys ignored it and decided to hang in front of the shop. When the guy who was running the dyno hooked everything up, did a 1st run.....you could his mouth and eyes went into an "O" shape! He pulled out his mobile and made a call and one of the Jap boys came back in, did a 2nd run and same response and on the 3rd run, ALL the boys were there and mouthing "310" with shocked amazement.

The moment and look on all the faces was priceless!

Is yours a B7? 310 must be at the wheels right?
