Anyone got any personal experience of Monks at North Baddesley?

After being ripped off and lied to by the local dealer I need a decent garage for my wife's Skoda.

And if they're any good they might see my RS4 too after the warranty expires next summer (Camberley Audi only until then).

Dad regularly gets his VW serviced at Eastlake in Hedge End.
They seem to have a good reputation.
Don't know if that's close enough for you?
