Finally MK audi have confirmed it is the sub-frame that is faulty and they are also gonna replace the shocks with it as they are leaking that is set number three in 4 months or so !!!!!!!!

Interesting, very interesting! I just booked mine in to get set number four fitted and I'm utterly hacked off with the car now. I'd happily swap for an M3 after the crap drive I've just had. The tram-lining is severe and you can feel the ARB unloading mid-corner. Not safe at all!
