I am not surprised by this I am afraid.

I have been out of Audi ownership for a few years but this is my local dealer.

The sales side p!ssed me off, trying to test drive an S4 cab they twice said they would obtain the car and call but never did. After chasing the Sales Manager I was promised a 'call when we have it in' which never materialised.

My (stillborn) RS4 order was cancelled in a fit of fury at the shyate service I was getting.

You have a premium product and are paying a premium for the servicing there, raise hell as you are already doing.

It sounds like Audi UK just want to wash their hands of the situation, which is not on - the Audi Brand is seen as uniform across the dealers. If they were not owned by Audi UK, then Audi UK is making darn sure you think they are with all the corporate branding and removal of individual car dealers names.

Bexley Audi are shyate, always have been., always will be - let's hope they burn in hell

Must say, the parts chap is nice and friendly there.....if ever I am in there now I usually use the toilets and hose the place down. Childish but it makes me feel better!

A journalist rang Bexley audi today to get their comments on the issues and report a balanced story. The dealership personnel that spoke to the journalist were quite rude, according to the journalist, citing libel claims and even hanging up on her mid conversation.
Bizarrely, the journalist has now made a complaint to Audi UK about the dealership aswell.

Enough said!
Excellent. Im so glad that you are doing something about it, well done. Its about time we demanded a good service from these muppets as every dealer I have used apart from Porsche have consistently be below average. Wouldnt it be a refreshing change to go into a dealer and come out thinking ive got no complaints about the service i have just received.

Further Update:

The local paper have picked up the story and I have been talking to a national newspaper for the past week. From the article - which has also gone to print in todays edition (page 2) - you'll clearly see audi comment that they are working closley with me to resolve the issues. The last contact I had from Audi UK or Bexley Audi was their respective emails on 11th August advising there was nothing more they could do - until yesterday when I got an email from the Franchise Director at SGSmith (the parent of Bexley Audi).
I havent had a chance to contact Bob Dix, but he wants to meet face to face and inspect my car. (I hope he doesnt expect to see oily prints on the paintwork 4 weeks after I collected it!!)

Im starting to get horror stories from other owners - keep them coming please by PM or email.

(and sorry for the cheesey post in the press - i really didnt want to be in the picture!!)
Everyone is unique, just like you and me.

A friend was telling me about this story today having read it in a national paper , I had to stop him and tell him I already knew it.
Well done for going public, I don't know what I am more annoyed about, the dealership abusing your car or Audi UK saying they can't do anything about it as it's a franchise, I suspect it's the latter
