That is about right...
Had mine done at QST. £200 +VAT for the Miltek tie-bars.
Can't say for the labour as I had other things done at the same time but £90 +VAT is reasonable...

Re: Koni shocks and H&R springs
I had mine specially made from a local garge that specialised in building racing cars. Fully adjustable tie bar cost me £120 and then another £60 to have the cambers/ angles etc set for the car, not back to the original factory settings. That way the car works with the suspension at the new lowered hieght and not against it ie if it was set to factory settings.
£459 is a bit of a stinger ..ouch

Re: Koni shocks and H&R springs
Had the tie bars fitted today - big big improvement, gone is the collapsed suspension look and the car basically looks perfect to me in terms of ride height. The tie bars have pushed the rear wheels out so it looks really good to me now and looks like the same height all round, whereas before the rear looked lower.
I know in the picture I attached previously it looked fine, but that was due to the uneven car park, as the other side would have the tyre under the wheel arch.
A lot of cash but all in a great upgrade in the end. I am very happy with this suspension setup now
