it is not that low( although it is one of hte lowere ones) - and with no cats you get an extra inch before something hits.

Fitted the 18" CH's - not had change to weigh them yet, but the car doesnt look nearly as good as the 19's :(

Car is behaving much better on the road, so reason for changing them was justified. Will wait for the tyres to bed in a little more before throwing it round a few bends.
Car does not feel as sharp on the turn in, but I am still getting some squeeking from the wheels, think they are still bedding in.

Got used to the smaller wheels so they dont look that "bad". Ride is FAR better, comfy & seems to handle the B roads great. The ride is a little soft but that is just the Bilstein PSS9s. I will try getting the shocks set a little harder.

So you are running the 8.5" x 18" CH's now? With 225/40 Asyms?

Have you made a decision on the new wheels then? Or still thinking which way to go - CH's or Ultras?

I have the CH's fitted.

Unfortunately they are 2kg heavier (with tyre) than the 19's were!!

I am trying to get the RC wheels to fit... they are gorgeous and 9kg +tyre - guessing around 19-21kg!
