Got one !

Post by jbyrne » Mon Mar 03, 2008 7:18 pm

Hi all,
Well, i bought an RS 6 at the weekend. It's Bayliner's car, '03 black avant with black optics, a beauty :D ! The car is a credit to Bayliner ( hope you didn't miss it too much on Sunday morning ). Collected from Dundee and stayed with brother in belfast on Sat night ( he woke up when i was coming up his drive ! ). Drove from Belfast to Cork on Sunday and couldn't stop smiling all the way - it's some mile muncher ! Delighted with the car. Already had a chap video the car, and a passerby knock on the window ( in traffic ) and praise it ( only a handful in Ireland afaik ). So much for the sleeper look ! Will post a few pic's once i clean it. Hope to become a regular here.

Cheers,
John.

John,

Where are you? I am in Belfast and rarely see one.

Congratulations!
I knew I'd set you on the path to madness when you drove mine. :D

We'll have to do some back-to-back testing some day.

John,

Had a flat the first day of owning my rs6 and have had one since.

Enjoy your car and make sure you get reward points from your fuel!
