Swindon Audi. 4/10. Didn't want to deal with me about the suspected cam belt issue, but since have made up for it a bit with a discount on parts and a free diagnostics check. I will be going there soon with a corrosion issue. Will post when I do!
I can't be arsed to go into detail, as I have posted my outcome on the B5 forum. But I will say that Swindon Audi have yet again failed to satisfy
I'll be trying somewhere like Tetbury next.

Anyone had any dealings with Tetbury Audi?

Derby Audi, absolute total and utter waste of time, been waiting over a week for them to call to book car in for warranty work worth a good amount of £'s , had enough of waiting so popped in to Nottingham Audi and all done and dusted in 20 mins.
Derby are "W@nk,Sh@t,@ssholes" steer clear.

Isn't Derby Audi owned by Peter Gilder (Gilders)?

Nottingham Audi used to Be John Fox Audi and was (With the John Fox staff) run really well. Sytners own it now, so I'm not sure what the Sytner accountants will mess up whilst trying to make more money.... Hopefully nothing and the service will continue to be as good as Foxes..... hopefully!

Glasgow Audi rubbish 2 weeks to prep my car before i picked it up (working abroad) arrived at 10 as arranged,no car said it was at bodyshop for a valet,5 hours later it turns up not valeted, showing 0 miles left in the tank no new tyres as promised and 100 miles on the clock since i paid for it and specifically asked it not to be driven, endless bullshit and excuses as to were my car was,not what i was expecting after parting with 30k of my hard earned, aftercare no better had to trick them i was interested into buying a car just to get hold of who i needed to,as they have meetings about meetings so i understand.
Hull audi good and bad experiences mainly due to lack of rs4 experience many basic mistakes but usually sorted when a manager gets involved, certainly not worth £95 an hour for the amount of times the car has had to be returned for rework, scratched dash, scuffed alloy, pipe left off washer pump, incorectly adjusted gear selection even after 50 miles of driving by themselves etc etc overall helpfull and sort all issues but not acceptable for £95 an hour main agent im afraid,a few good techs who now know me and how well i know my car,the valeter said to my mate your mates a bit anal about his car isnt he? Yep hes right

Pop it back in the post "Return to Sender". You could put a note inside it telling them to sort their database.

Or send it to the service manager in a huge envelope and don't put enough postage on it. They'll have to go to the sorting office and pay £1 to collect it (plus the extra postage). Tou could "threaten" to keep doing the same until they correct their records. Bet they'll take notice!

Camberley Audi, service dept are professional and did a good job on the first service on my RS. Would rate them an 8.5/10. Not used their Sales dept so can't say on that count.

Stansted audi - ok to bad.

New car had a pit in the screen and a scratch under the sill.

They told me its not possible to turn off seatbelt light.

Tracker kept giving me false alerts, said i had to speak to tracker.

In the Southwest I have dealt with Exeter and Newton Abbott...

Exeter are absolutely totally f**king useless, totally crap. I cannot say a single good thing, they have never done a single thing for me. That was in my A4 and my S4, makes me sick just thinking of how much money I have thrown their way

Newton Abbott have been very good, only been to them a couple times each very good. Didn't go to them much as they didn't offer courtesy car to under 25s... which of course is no longer an issue.

Now my car is silly modded I probably wont deal with them. If I was to ever buy another audi I would only deal with them.

Mikey

Not had the car serviced with them yet.

I must sadly rectract from my previous post as I have had appalling service in the last couple of days. I gave them the car to sortout some paintwork (which was badly done at the time of sale - only a couple of scuffs on the front & rear bumpers, but i did not consider a 'smart repair' a quailty repair).

It has been back to one of their bodyshops twice now and the paintwork is terrible, which unbeknown to me at the time isn't even Audi approved!

I have been told now to 'sort it myself' and they have washed their hands of it all.

I cannot go into much more detail as it is now in the hands of Audi UK & I am seeking legal advice.

Shame really for two people to let down the whole experience :(

Cheers

Aberdeen Audi 1/10

They are utterly useless at anything bar taking your money. My credit line for mis-sold items, damage, etc was running up to £505 but now they refuse to talk to me because I posted up my opinions on a local forum. Unfortunately I'm not the only one that has problems with them:
