My friend just had a Milltek Dual fitted at Star Performance / Pre Cats gutted / Remapped etc and I couldn't believe just how quite it was on the motorway. I was really impressed.
Jim said that Milltek had made changes to the Mk5 system to lower the normal drone that you expect from a stainless system..... Seems to have worked!
Just can't get the smile off my face......

Had a supersprint on my old 328i and that was a deeper tone but very subtle - no drone.
Got RS4 on car now and can't hear anything on the motorway

LOL - my Scooby had a Scoobysport 2" system. Wifey could here me at half a mile away. I would always have a cuppa ready by the time I got onto the drive!! :D

Don't miss the car, but I do miss the sound :(

Will be trying to get some of the noise back in my S4 this year (moreso higher revs - have grown up a bit now!! :D)

So what other options are there for the S4 apart from Miltek? Sorry to thread hijack...

Dan :)
