Audi Day

Post by SimonFV8 » Thu Nov 22, 2007 5:10 pm

Anyone know if there is a dedicated RS4 track day, like Red letter days, but just for the RS4. I really want to have a go around a track but with some expert advise and NOT in my car!

Thanks

Si

Let me know how you get on chief. :D

Wanted to do it this year but couldn't as work overseas and none of the dates were right.

Apparently it opens the doors to the same at the Nordshleife and finnish ice driving (in cars belonging to audi!!)

Going back to the RS246 track day, will there be another one organized for next year?

Hi guys,
1st post on here. Just signed up.
I did the Audi Experience at Silverstone at the end of August. It was brilliant and well worth the money (£399). The instructors are fantastic and I took lots of tips home. The added bonus is that you get to thrash someone elses car! We drove the new TT, the S6 and the RS4. I wanted to do anything I could to help me keep my new toy shiny side up!! I know that places are very hard to come by. I was lucky as Man Utd had a day booked to do it but they then cancelled. A fantastic day out and it opens up different Audi track days/experience packages elsewhere.
Also the staff and the facilities are top quality. Just what you'd expect really from Audi. Get it booked !!!

The day was good fun but very limited access to the RS4, The slalom & track laps (the "Stowe circuit" - basically laid out on the runways at the Stowe corner end, none of the GP circuit used) were in automatic tts. I understand that more advanced courses will be available next year.
