Just had a look, there is a technique involved, this what I do. (I assume you know how to remove the air intake to get at the back of the drivers side headlight.)
1/ Undo the clip holding the cover on at the back of the head light and let the cover hinge down.
2/ Put two fingers into the back of the headlight and feel around for the sidelight and the wires going to it. Have a look from the front untill you see the side light move a bit. The wires you want are yellow/purple and brown.
3/ Pull the wires with your two fingers 'scissor like'. The side light will come out, its just an interference fit. Mine was loose so I use one layer of tape around the holder to make it fit tighter.
4/ The bulbs are a bayonet fitting so just push the bulb back into the holder whilst turning.
5/ To put the side light back in, hold it 'scissor like' again and aim it towards the hole it came from looking from the front again.
I have just bought some of these. Hope this helps
