absolutely spot on!

can't beat a bit of boost!

I just don't like the lag that goes with it..

I always thought that superchargers are better at low revs being mechanically driven the extra torque is available immediately (no lag) whereas you have to wait for the turbo's to spool up, however turbos are more efficient at higher revs, so the ideal is to have both. Which is what a friend of mine is supposed to be doing on his project which is a VR6 mk2 golf

Having owned various cars in the past all of which have been non-turbo'd and some fairly fast motors, I can honestly say that there is nothing better than the sudden wosh of a turbo, it gives such a greater sensation of speed and is so addictive!

Turbo (prefer 4 or 6 cyl) + 4 wheel drive is the ultimate combination.

Once you have owned one - be it a Subaru or Mitsubishi or RS4, you will never want anything else.

Take the new Bentley Continenal GT - Turbo 4WD. That's some car.
Standard RS4 (is it the only standard one left?)
