It will cost you £115 to put your plate on retention. This includes the £80 reassignment fee. If you fail to assign it to another vehicle after 12months, it will cost you £25 a year to retain it. Sorry to hear that your car has been written off. :(

Sorry to hear about the write-off.

What about an A4 1.8T Quattro - B5/6's around at good money, and you can always take it to MRC for a cheap mod later when you feel like it

OR what about Golfathers Golf GTI in the classifieds 210bhp £6750?

OR
maybe an S3 for £7K: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/108039.htm

OR even a SEAT Leon Cupra? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/117715.htm

Looking into buying it back and selling parts or the whole car as it is. Already had some intrest. Ive just gotta wait for the insurance to give me a price to buy it back at and then see if i can make a few extra quid to get a new car with.

The Accord Type R is great car, very noisey and raw but when on song, she is fantastic. My mate works for Honda and he drives one. It is light and it feels it, feels very nimble and if you can get a spec'd one, it'll be good fun.
