Wastegate spring

Can you get OEM wastegate springs (think it was the same as later ABY S2)?
A new wastegate costs £745 inc vat from vagparts.

I think Tots in switzerland do stock springs as well as uprated versions (along with a few other rather nice bits): http://www.totsteile.ch/tuning/tuning.htm

You probably don't want to go the uprated route with all the associated consequences but in case you do look here.

O34 Motorsport do a 1.9 bar spring: http://www.034motorsport.com/index.php?cPath=28_63

SJM do a 1.8 bar spring: http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/parts_pro ... html#wgdia

I also have a 1.9 spring lurking somewhere if you want to go that route.

Just curious to try a new standard spring as the power delivery seems to have softened. Could just be me ! Martyn and I have had a chat about this hence the fact that I know the wastegate price !! You cannot get stock springs alone from Audi.
