Ok My new FATS time.

I have now gutted my pre-cats and set up the cars timing as per Mihneas instructions.

This time it is the very same weather etc as my first run same tank of fuel.

Yeah can thoroughly recommend MRC. I would suggest they do the pre-cats for you as that was no 2 minute diy job. It must have taken me 12 hours to do both sides  . what ever they charge it is worth it believe me

I was lying under the car yesterday looking at the downpipes and did come to the conclusion I don't fancy doing them myself. For work like that you need post ramps, which I don't have

Would love to get my fats time down to 4.5secs

Just did my first logs after servicing the Forge valves ..... first run was 3.35, second was an 3.15 = average of 3.25 (ambient temp of 18deg). My previous best was 3.49, so I am going in the right direction.

These are RS4 figures BTW.

I think so, and MRC have had a fiddle, but there is definately more to come, as I'm running a mere 1.29bar peak and still have all my cats and dogs :)
