rs4 - pre-cats?

anyone know if my rs4 will pass an mot without the pre cats? bought the car not knowing they had been removed, collected them from previous owner but dont know whether to have them put back on? how will they affect current performance with them back on?

It will pass.. Just bee sure the engine is warmed up properly. I don’t think you will feel the difference in performance with our with out the pre cats, but for the engine and the turbos its better to leave them off!
The heat is our enemy!

So you recomend we take the precats out, are you sure about this?

The computer will be ok with this, with out flashing the check engine light on the dash board.
