Actually, listening to this I think I missed the 2nd gear change (you can hear one pop, then another). Forgot to have the GoPro on during that run so no way of double checking though... struggled with 2nd gear most runs

Yeah, I took it as low as the springs would let me (i.e. before they got loose) when I put the 3SDM wheels on - didn't have time to raise it up a bit but seems to be OK
