Dash display Question

hi all can any body help me... i have an RS4 and on the time and date display, the time stays on but the date is off, how can i get the date to stay on plz?

Fro memory, when you're setting the time and cycling through with the Set button, before the final push (i.e. after hours, mins, day, date & year) you can select to show or hide the date with a push of the +/- key
