What to do??

I have purchased a 2005 Audi A4 2.0Tdi S line Avant last week. The problem I have is that as i bought the car and was driving home on a 50 mile journey the car started playing up. The car started losing revs and would not stay at a steady speed. This lead to a lot of misfiring and the car not going over 50mph. Being scared as I was because I had just spent short of £9500 I tried calling back the seller who to much amazment wouldnt answer his phone. So feeling a bit nervous I made the trip back to his house (while half way through the journey to my house) and found nobody was there. So I called a couple more times but no answer. Left messages answer phone messages but I have been ignored ever since.
Now I took it to my own iniative to take the car to my local Audi Specialist who had a check over the car for me and was told,
The bulb on the Engine Management Light is missing.
The car has had a new engine.
The car has not been serviced when it has a fully stamped service history.
The fuel injectors need replacing.
Clearly I have been mislead as I would never have bought a car with such a history to it.
What I want to know is that is there anything I can do to put a claim forward. Im pretty sure it is illegal activity to be playing about with engine management bulbs and providing false information about the car. I would appreciate any feedback from you guys and look for some sort of guidance as to what I can do.
Thanks
