Any Solicitors who deal with Speeding on here??

Been nicked for speeding, got to go to court.

Thought I would ask if there is any one on here who deals with that sort of thing?

Obviously I would pay for the advice that is given.

Try the Pepipoo forums.

They must be alleging something pretty quick to go to court, I didn't have to go to court when I got caught doing 77 in a 50.

The key way out of this is too ask them, if there speed detector manchine was callaborated within the last 24 hrs when you was caught. As by law, they have to, and in return they are given a certificate. If no, then you walk.....trust me, it works!

be cautious, my mate tried a few tricks but they used it against him when it went to court as trying to get away with the offence.

Where abouts was you nicked for speeding. Know a Solicitors in kent for this.. got a good friend of mine off with 6 points and £200 fine ( He was doing an Avarage on 113mph on the A2)

Got caught on the A143 in Suffolk. It was a mobile camera van.

I was in a 997 turbo doing 91 in a 60 (not clever i know).

To be honest i expect them to throw the book at me cos my age and the car etc, and im in a bit of a panic to be honest.

I'm not sure what everybody's else experience has been for a court appearance for under 100 but, a fair while back, I was caught doing (or should that be slowing down to?) 88 in a 60 up on the road to Skye whilst stretching the legs of the Mondeo ST24 hire car (obviously before I could afford an S4!).

To cut a long story short, me and PC plod weren't going to be friends and they arrested me for allegedly "dangerous driving" and I ended up in court. After pleading guilty in absence along with some grovelling apology, my licence was promptly returned with 3 points and £100 fine. So, it was much better than I was expecting.

However, just to be clear, that's only one of several that google's returned and I've never used them.
