I'm betting on £59,995 list but £65k with a decent spec.

Will be surpised if it comes out this year though..I reckon Feb/March '05

BMW only ever use it on certain show cars like M3 and M5. Apparently it can only be applied at the factory and therefore is not available on the individual programme. Looks great though!!

Whenever it does, it will further affect the poor residuals on the RS6 Saloon

Bargains to be had soon then - I think the E60 will be a far better proposition than the RS6. The RS6 is good, but not complete, with so many owners going for the upgrades from the specialists ABT, MTM, Hohnester etc. Tales of boring wheels, inadequate brakes, barge like handling, a slow gearbox and rather average charisma (The E55 is no better)

Alpina/Schnitzer will play with the new M5, but will make it different rather than better.

Pradip
You seem to have forgotten all those M3 and M5 owners who rush off to have new brakes, new airboxes, rechipping, new suspension parts - BMW doesn't finish the car any better than MB or Audi - nice for the tuners, however!
