Do Not Buy This B7 RS4 - FS Performance

A friend from a forum has recently had a very bad experience with FS Performance, regarding this car:

"As you can imagine, I felt pretty ill.
I drove it (f*cking slowly) to my local Audi dealer to see if they could inspect it, mainly so I'd have paperwork to back up these pictures for the rejection process. All fine, Audi booked it in and I drove home.
On the way home, approaching a roundabout at ~35mph the brake pedal hit the floor, tried pumping it, nothing. There were two cars ahead so I banged it into first and let the clutch up, then pulled the handbrake almost vertical. Luckily I stopped with about a car length to go before rear-ending an Astra.
Arriving back home I noticed that the hard line, where it joins the flexi on the NSF had split. Cause? Corrosion. Weird that.
Anyway, the short version is I chased FS Performance for 3 days before any response was given, when I did get a response it was very off the cuff and hardly proactive. Almost like it was my fault. After much back and forth with the "MD" they agreed to waive the usage charge of £1/mile (I did 384 miles total inc 180 back from the dealer!) as long as I paid £350 to have the car recovered. In the ned to get it sorted I paid this but I'll be taking them to court for the £350 plus costs, damages, loss of earnings etc. Tbh I may even press charges for misconduct. I've also raised a case with the DVSA in regard to the blatantly dodgy MOT.
ps. I probably should have had the car fully inspected, I get that. The clean MOT and good rep from the dealer led me down the path and I got carried away. My fault and not one I'll be making again."
Just a word of warning to anyone looking to buy one - swerve this one.
