It’s a long shot but I’ve seen people being successful in attempting to gain insights into the history of their cars.

I’m also hoping that the car might have been owned by a forum member in the past. I’ve seen some great examples of new buyers engaging with a previous owner of a specific car to validate its history.

I’ve been in touch with audi and they really don’t take much interest in older models such that, whilst they were able to tell me about an engine replacement, they wouldn’t go into any specific details of service history due to data protection issues.

If you can get me a chassis number i can check what records Audi may have
