Q3 MMI Problem!

Hi all,
My mum has a 2018 Q3 S-Line TFSI.
Almost everyday she listens to her music through Bluetooth, using Amazon Music. She has an iPhone 6s on the latest iOS update (iOS 14).
WHENEVER she uses Siri to compose + read a text, make a call and any time she answers a call (not through Siri but the instrument cluster) her music returns back to where it was before (like it should), BUT no music info is displayed on the MMI screen and she CANNOT skip forward + back using both the buttons in the middle, as well has her * on the steering wheel which is set to next track.
This problem has recently gotten to the point where she wants to sell the car as it is extremely frustrating! It has only been like this for a week, but small minor problems with the MMI have occurred for most of the time she’s owned the car.
If anyone can help with this it will be greatly appreciated.
