Has anyone recently had a service or work done at Unit20 when supplying your own parts?

I've contacted them today about them servicing my RS6, I was going to supply my own oil and spark plugs but they've said due to their insurance policy they can't use customer supplied parts?

Previously they've always used my supplied oil

My car was in with them before Xmas and they used my supplies oil with no issues
