I don't condone that sort of driving, but you have to say that it is impressive from a performance perspective. He was leaving the cop car that was doing 146, and if the motorway was clear he would have been long gone way before that.

Must have felt silly to crash once he'd lost them though

Disclaimer: again, I do not condone this in any way. Yes i've had a few points in my life but have never been physically pulled and even if I was I would pull over immediately as it's not worth it in the long run.
Hope I've covered myself there

Obviously not watched :bash:

Technically the avant is more areodynamic at high speed so I'm not sure your argument is valid anyway :assflash:

Lol

I've only been stopped once in my entire life, on the M1 late at night around Leicester, three months after buying my S4 V8. On the hard shoulder, the copper asked me not to race off or doing anything stupid before we made our way to the next exit slip. I handed him my wallet / driving licence but he declined! I gather the law are quite busy in and around Leicester and Nottingham.......

To be fair most coppers are pretty leniant, as long as you're not a complete asshat and apologise profusely. Most can't be bothered with the paperwork, which is a bonus for you lot, as I only ever drive at 69mph. :bigblink:

At one stage, he was travelling through 30mph residential streets at almost 100mph and in total covered 12 miles in just FOUR minutes
Eh. That means he averaged 180mph. Even in 12 miles in 5 minutes thats averaging 144mph. :?:

That's mental. People are lucky they weren't on that route that night cause he didn't care for himself nor anyone else for that matter.

He definitely says RS6, but I think it looks like a B7.

RS6 would have got away faster than that, but then the box would have failed after 10 miles 😉

The police car was designed to drive at speed. Bolx. He only got to 146mph, my wife's car does that.
