Vagcom help/borrow NW10, Wembley

Hi Guys. Trying to eject my sat Nav Dvd to upgrade the software and I think it's looked. Unfortunately my cable doesn't let me log address 37 for navigation. Anyone around NW10 with 5-10 min of their spare time?)))
