I thought this was interesting, clearly don't take my word as gospel, but its in line with urban myths I've heard previously...

I knew about the fixed penalty thresholds (10% + 2), but interesting to see the guideline court summons thresholds.

You clearly haven't had many as that information is written on the back of the endorsable fixed penalty ticket you receive from plod.
