Milltek lifetime warranty

I just thought I would post this as I have seen all the neg posts about milltek not warrantying their exhausts. My ghay hairdressers mobile failed her mot on emissions............I was not happy as this car has only done 34,000 from new, but a milltek sports exhaust was fitted in 2008 by unit 20. This it seems was the source of my problem. Every single weld on the box had failed 
After contacting unit 20 to tell them as they fitted it as they are approved milltek suppliers they contacted milltek on my be half. I later received a phone call from milllek to discuss the prob. After supplying invoices, pictures and supporting evidence that I am the original owner and purchaser, I have been supplied a full new system by millek for the beemer. Most of the exhaust is now back as it as had to be made but I expect my sports cats back after being reworked midweek as they no longer supply beemer m3 e46 sport cats.
I am highly delighted with the service that I have received from milltek who I think have gone the extra mile with excellent customer service that I have received. (Lee thank you
