Revolution new project car purchased..any guesses..?

After the 2+yrs love affair I had with the Avant I was really struggling to think of what to replace it with....
We came up with a shortlist and it had to have:
Speed
Power
Good looks
Practicality
German build quality
Something we could modify
Something that could cope with the occasional track day fun too.
Cars included, RS3, RS6, GTR, 911T - but something with each car just didnt click....until we spotted a lone advert for a higher mileage beast..!
Cheaper price will give us even more budget to modify too - ha, ha, we had a car and we had a plan too..!
Question is can you guess what weve just put a deposit on...?
All will be revealed 2morrow morning with pictures but for the sake of a bit of fun - have stab at what weve let ourselves in for
