Recommendation - CamSpec, Crawley

Post by Spitelli » Thu Jun 28, 2012 4:26 pm

Not only productive but also convenient, being on the same Ind Park as Wheel Works, I’d also like to recommend the following specialists:

Cam Spec in Crawley - http://www.camspeconline.com/

Stuart and Andy have more than 15 years brand experience maintaining Audi, Volkswagon, Seat and Skoda with almost every if not all Audi accreditations known to man right the way up to R8! (I lost count of all the certificates and accomplishments hung on the walls)

I experienced first hand a very high standard of customer and mechanical service during my ‘off the cuff’ visit yesterday. Stuart’s impeccable standards are clearly visible and with such an extensive RS product knowledge I felt reassuringly comfortable to have him and his techs work and show interest in my RS6.

Not to mention they have quite possibly the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on! I sincerely hope any owner on here will give them a try…

Good recommendation.

I've been using Camspec for 2 or 3 years now for all my cars and they have always been excellent.

That's useful to know as I work in Crawley. might pop along and have a chat with them for some more regular oil changes.

Just a quick note, went to see CamSpec this afternoon to check my DRC. Can't believe the difference from a recharge. The bad news is I do need 3 (so 4) new shocks due to dampness, but Stuart suggested watching it for a few months or until the first noise.

Both guys are really friendly and knowledgeable. They certainly know the RS4 inside and out.

I bought Spitelli's RS6 about 2 years ago and on his recommendation I thought I would give Camspec a try.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Very high standards of work, very friendly and most importantly, very honest!

Worth a 2hr round trip every time for the peace of mind knowing that it has been properly looked after. And if you have to leave the car with them, they will even give you a lift to the train station
