As some of you already know this is why I sold my RS2, I will add, this was before the superb advert for ownership was created by Top Gear.

I like it, had a famous start in life it was the 1970 Earls Court motor show car. Long story but the restoration should be finished in about 3 weeks. :D

Doesn't really, for one good reason that the restoration isn't finished yet so I havn't driven it yet.
But before you think I've gone loopy, I have driven one recently ( I last owned an Interceptor 21 years ago) and I was suprised how "lively" it was and in fact I would say quite fast, but at 330 bhp and almost 600nm of torque it should nip along (only 200 kg more than the RS2 as well) gets to a ton quick and these days that'll do, remember it is 41 years old (um er a bit like me).
They are a lazy grand tourer rather than a mad sprinter like the 2 and if I had the spare cash I would have both, I would recomend anyone with a passon for German cars to try an RS2 or even buy one they're a great laff.
One thing I will say the Jensen is (for me) going to be cheap motoring in comparason, no tax, ins £159, brake pads £18 per set etc etc just don't mention the F word, although the 2 does about 19 around town and if you say it quick 15mpg sounds almost the same  .
I'll do the comparason when the old girl awakes (last on the road in 1995).
Cheers
