Guess its time we started one
One of the local dealers (thanks Jacques) went to Germany to get some training and took a few pics.
This is the first RS7 that really looks the nuts to me. Bar the red on the steering wheel i think it looks top

Re: Picture thread
I am an Audi fan and have been ever since my 1986 Quattro Turbo. But I think they are starting to lose the plot on some of these new cars, the RSQ3.... and now this RS7, just looks like an S7, no extended wheel arches? Plastic silver trim around intakes at the front looks very cheap. Also still baffled by not making saloon version of RS4. I think they are in real danger of dumbing down the RS brand.
Shame.
Shame.
Re: Picture thread
Have to say i can see your point but they clearly are making what they can sell.....and trying not to take away from other lines.....i.e i think they will make an RS3 sedan rather than an RS4 one. Rs4 sedan would prob kill off the RS5 or even S6//S7. RS6 sedan would def kill off the RS7 as it would look better and would be cheaper....RSQ3 clearly to try capture sporty SUV mkt and SQ5 in comp with new Macan from Porsche.....
This is my take on what we are seeing anyway not sure what others think.
As i wrote in first post, that was the first RS7 that actually looked good, but they still look odd at the ar5e and agree do not look agressive enough. In fact may as well buy and S7, get the new LOBA turbo's and a map and pray the DSG holds up

Re: Picture thread
I think the RSs are getting too over-designed. All of the alu-pack vents etc round the grill look terrible, as does the 'quattro' decal thing along the grill. It's a shame, when properly specced and in the right colour a C7 RS6 is just about the best looking car on the road. The wheels on the RS7 are just atrocious too (the sort of axe-spoked ones).
Like you guys have said though, they're building cars to sell so someone out there must like all that tat. I'm not one of the 'you'll spoil the brand' types, but personally RSs aren't as desirable as they once were now. If they make that clubsport concept in to an RS3 with proper arches and less of the flashly trim accents then good.
As for the RS Q3... pathetic. That's purely trying to add value by slapping a badge on the car. How can that really be grouped in with twin-turbo V8s?
