Cruise Control

Has anyone had the message ACC and Audi brake control not available. If so how was it sorted. My Audi dealer cannot find a problem yet it is pinging and driving me nuts.
Also anyone had a mirror which does not fully open after start up. Fiddle with the knob for mirrors , close them then open and then back to normal. Again Audi dealer could not find any problems. Advice and help will be gratefully appreciated. I have had the Growler for ten year now.
