2015 C7 RS6 - severe lack of power in reverse

No fault codes on dash but when you're in reverse, only appears to be about 15 bhp. Barely enough to get up a small incline. Any ideas what this might be? Many thanks in advance.
NB: Not 100% sure but I think the car has been mapped previously.
