Wheel sizing and offsets

I'm the (very) proud new owner of a MY17 RS6, and looking for some help with wheel sizing & offsets.
I love the look of the twin spoke winter wheels that you have over in the UK, but they are almost impossible to find here (AUS) so am looking for something similar with the concave look.
If I was to keep to a similar size (20x9.5 ET21), what is the lowest offset I could go for without rubbing etc?
I see lots of people running 15mm spacers, so would that equate to an offset of ET6?
What would people recommend?
