Air suspension issue?

I've currently got a puncture on the rear nearside, so car is sat stationary for a couple of days till a new set of tyres is delivered and I can get them all swapped out (couldn't get a pirelli p zero to replace both rears, which is what the car has all round so replacing with a full set of MPS4S, even though all the tyres still had 5mm of tread, most expensive nail in side wall I've ever had)
Whilst the car has been sat, it was parked up in the raised position, however the front nearside seems to be in the lower position. Will this be because the flat on the rear has thrown out the levelling or do I have an issue I need to look into?
Hoping that once the tyres are swapped out and I cycle it through a lower and raise it will all be levelled out again. Just don't want to do it what it on a flat so I don't risk damaging the rear wheel.
