Can be repaired and removal isn’t hard just need to be patient and confident to manoeuvre the bumper around.

Try these guys http://www.reverie.ltd.uk/ or elite carbon fibre

Pretty simple job to remove with the bumper on, 7 torx’s screws and 4 metal clips to remove then just a case of easing it off. Will take a bit of persuasion though, mine was packed full of gravel and dirt between the diffuser and the bumper.

Well done. Where are you sending it to be repaired? I’d recommend getting some ppf applied when repaired to offer some protection its surprising how well ppf can protect.

Hi, heres some pics of rear diffuser back on car.
I'm not 100 percent happy with it ,in certain lights it looks very different to the rest of the surrounding area.
I think I'm too critical about it or is this is good as it gets and its only cosmetic repair and should not expect too much!.
Audi wanted £4990 for new diffuser, I mite have to look for a replacement may be a skinned carbon diffuser!

You can clearly see they simply put a piece of carbon fabric over the damage and epoxy'd over it.

Hi , i asked how the repair was going to be carried out, so I had an under standing of what the repair process would be.
The repair is flat on each side , he cut out the damaged section.

Ah ok. problem is always going to be matching the weave of the oem piece especially if its going to be sectioned in.
I think it might have been better albeit more difficult to put a slim long piece along the full section that is visible and then have the join under the lip where its hidden.
could this be done so you dont have to buy a new one?
