Active Suspension Issue or the After Market Module?

Post by Paddski » Mon Jul 13, 2020 8:49 pm

So after some research on here I’ve bought an aftermarket lowering module from a AK racing 47 fitted it to my 2017 Audi RS6 performance with activate suspension has been working well as far as I know for around 10 days and then this weekend I set the app which comes with the module to show mode which lowers the car right down to literally on top of the tires and then the system stopped working and for the life of me I cannot get the car to Raise. I have tried the recommendations from a K racing and that hasn’t worked I have also tried charging the battery in case there was a battery fault and it was not supplying enough power to the compressor for the air suspension. So I am at a loss I do not think it is the module I am thinking it may be the car would appreciate some help.

Try clicking on Raise on the MMI which will raise the system to its max.
Then try and select one of the MMI modes such as Dynamic Auto etc.
Thats should reset the normal modes.

If that doesnt work then you can bypass the module by unpluggint it and plugging in the supplied bypass cable.
Remember to disconnect the battery first before attempting to install/remove the module.

Hope you get it sorted
