Water in drivers footwell

Post by johnny11 » Sat Jan 25, 2020 12:43 am

I Bought my 2015 car in August 2018 from a midlands audi dealer and in jan 2019 had the water in footwell, went back to dealer I bought from to fix but they could not find issue, raised case with audi uk for logging purpose, then November last year water in footwell again and luckily as this was logged on the system within 6 months of me buying the car under the consumer rights act 2015 the dealer I bought it from had to fix it. But to fix it needed a new sunroof and frame, luckily audi uk been really good and the dealer I purchased the car Has been forced to pay the £2300 plus labour to have this done at my local audi dealer. A bit of a result but customers should not have to go through this to get the car as it should be.

My 65 plate RS6 is in With Audi at the moment with he same issue. Leaking pan roof. They say they can’t find the leak and must do a full leak test even after me instructing them to just replace the sunroof cassette. Expecting some good will gesture towards the bill!! Becoming more and more common unfortunately
