Had the emissions warning light come on a couple of weeks ago with diagnostic message reading “bank 1 too rich, bank 2 too lean”. Rest light and never came back on till today.
Was in for big service last week so had it looked at and found split air intake pipe.

Came back on today, booked in Friday for another look.

Anybody experienced this? Could it be lambda sensors?

Yes I had exactly the same fault codes cured by new lambda sensors.

Yep lambda sensor fixed by ordering new one at Audi dealer, not cheap with labor work about 400 eur, overall I think rs6 has 6 lambda zondes, maybe I am wrong, not sure. Who knows when others goes out
