Hi all,
I am planning to purchase a RS6 in the next month or so and have been offered one with a decent spec for 36k however mileage sits at 96k. 1 owner from new.
Anything I should out for at this mileage? Does the price sound okay or a bit rich?
Thanks in advance

High Mileage RS6 C7 advice
Re: High Mileage RS6 C7 advice
Don, Sounds rich as I sold mine for £48k on 85k miles, mine was rich too. Depends totally on how it's been looked after and who's had it. Mine's still reliable (I know the new owner) but I changed oil often and stayed away from Audi main. Unless you own it from new you'll never know the history, you take a chance.
If you up your budget to £46k and spend £10k on the car you can do turbos, strip the engine and replace rings, do the fuel pump etc...... Then you're stuck with a 100k mile car that owes you £46k, bad value.
High mileage performance cars are always a gamble, I'd go and look for a lesser mileage car my self.

Anything with an 'average' mileage is going to be north of £40k still I would think. So partly depends on budget.
